Regeneration block 11ЧР-4-005 is used for regeneration gas cylinder cleaners 11ЧГМ-6-014. The unit is manufactured in a moderately cold climate modification category 2 according to GOST 15150-69. The regeneration unit for cylinder gas cleaners can be operated under a canopy or in non-explosive premises meeting the requirements of OST 11.050.003-75. The unit is powered from single-phase AC mains 220 V, 50 Hz.
Regeneration unit for cylinder gas cleaners 11 ChR-4-005 requires a supply of technical grade A hydrogen according to GOST 3022-70 at the pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa and flow rate not less than 0.05 m3/hour, and gaseous argon according to GOST 10157-80 at the pressure of 0.1-0.2 MPa and flow rate not less than 0.02 m3/hour. It is allowed to use premium class nitrogen according to GOST 9293-74.
