KJ-VT1100-50(400) is a vertical tube furnace, specially designed for powder surface
deposition and biomass pyrolysis CVD experiments. The furnace tube is a high-purity quartz
tube, and a lifting structure is set on the flange, so customers can place the material in the
crucible. The gas produced during the cracking process will eventually condense into a
collection tank, making it convenient for customers to do subsequent analysis. A pair of stainless steel flanges have been installed at both ends of the furnace tube
(mechanical pressure gauges and stainless steel stop valves have been installed on the
flanges). This equipment allows samples to be sintered under gas protection. The precise
temperature control system includes 30 sections of heating and cooling curve settings, and its
temperature control accuracy reaches +/- 1°C
